NOTICE:      McFadyen Lake Association is currently using  Appfolio software for Members. What this means for existing homeowners is that you will now have a portal system to view and pay dues, keep track of scheduled meetings and other events, weigh in on community issues, and apply for boat stickers. 

An activation email has been sent out to all users who have provided an email address to MLA, urging you to activate your portal, and providing an overview of dues and assessments owed.

navigate to the bottom of the page where it says "Request Access to the Portal", and sign up using your information. 

This will help YOU keep track of all dues and other information regarding MLA, and will assist us in keeping everything nice and tidy for a smooth transition. Thank you for your cooperation as we navigate this change!
